Maple Syrup
Maple Syrup
Syrup is 100% natural and harvested just once a year - usually during March and April. Maple Syrup is made from the concentrated maple tree sap of primarily sugar, red and black maple trees and offers superior nutritional benefits. We have always loved the sweet maple taste and aroma of the syrup. Each Maple Tree produces an average of one litre of maple syrup each year. It takes 40 litres of maple sap to produce 1 litre of pure maple syrup.
Color and clarity depends on the weather and the way you boil and strain the Maple Syrup.
